Cory Goldsmith posits that dance music is seldom as simple as it seems. He studies the emotional gray area where melody and rhythm intersect with tempo and timbre through the analytical lens of a scientist. Far be it from him to express his findings in absolute terms.



A senior software developer for iZotope with a doctorate in chemical physics, Cory has released on techno labels like IAMT and Reload Records as well as trance imprints like Magic Island Records. His own sound signature sits in a category of its own, though. Cerebral and refined yet purpose-built for the dancefloor, it’s a body of work more than a decade in the making.

Cory Goldsmith’s tenure as a musician extends back even further. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he once led a musical double life, playing guitar and bass in metal bands while inexorably drawn to trance classics like Ian Van Dahl’s “Castles in the Sky.” After relocating to Colorado to work towards his PhD at CU Boulder, he began to pursue electronic music more actively.

Cory cut his teeth as a DJ at venues like The Fox Theatre in Boulder and Cervantes’ Other Side in Denver while dabbling in music production. In 2016, he landed an Ableton internship that elevated his skill set in the studio. His debut release, the Streetlight EP, arrived by way of U.K. label Isolator the same year.

Cory Goldsmith once again found himself living a double life. He became a familiar face behind the decks at Denver gatherings like Global Dance Festival and Decadence while putting out music on labels like Alter Ego Records, Tangled Audio, and Blue Monkey Records. Parallel to music, he participated in academic research to defend his chemical physics thesis.

When at long last he obtained his doctorate degree in late 2018, Cory also turned a corner in his music career. It was shortly afterward that he began working at iZotope, where still he helps develop plugins for producers today. This predictably leveled up his own skills in the studio. In early 2020, he collaborated with fellow Denver artist Adam Stark on “Aurum,” the Magic Island Records debut that earned him his first play from Dutch trance stalwart Ferry Corsten.

Then came the COVID crisis, which gave Cory Goldsmith ample time to focus on recording music. In 2021 he landed on Reload Records with Slave To My Mind, a techno two-tracker defined by tough rhythms and introspective melodies. The following year, he delivered two more EPs in the same vein. Wanderrust found a home on Made In Brussels, and What Am I Scheming came out via IAMT.

In the meantime, Cory and Adam continued to work closely together. Their 2021 collaboration “Cesca” released on Magic Island Deep, garnering support from globetrotting DJs like Cosmic Gate and Aly & Fila. 

Cory’s music is instantly recognizable no matter where a given piece may sit on the electronic music spectrum. Each release explores the interplay between emotive chord progressions and visceral textures, yielding a tension and release dynamic put to the test in his high-energy DJ sets. Cory’s refusal to see music in black-and-white terms is serving him well now that he’s come into his own as an artist.

Ateek Rizwan Chima (Born 7th September 1991) is a composer and an electronic dance music producer. Ateek began his musical journey as a Metal drummer at the age of 12 for bands such as "Asgard Legionnaires" and death metal band "In Search For Solace".

Ateek began producing electronic music at the age of 17 and embarked on a solo music career by the age of 19. Initially releasing remix's for "Taranhawk" on O.S.S. Records and Karmak Records in 2012. Soon after releasing his debut EP titled "Access Denied" with Soviet Recordings in 2013.

Since 2013, Ateek has been focusing on sound design and composing for film, and DJ'ing at various events and clubs in Doha, Qatar where he resided. In 2017, he made a comeback signing his next two EP's ("Skyfall" and "Floating/Horizons") with Alter Ego Records, also remixing "Sirens" by 'Hanksi' which charted #38 on beatports 'Top 100 Trance Releases'. 

Through his releases on Alter Ego Records, he gained support from artists such as Paul Van Dyk, Myon, Jaytech, Giuseppe Ottavian etc.

The spirit of trance and progressive in the United States has long been amplified and embodied by DJ/producer Kristina Sky. From the early days of the genres, she was first integral in bringing the music’s top DJs to the West Coast masses, often for the first time, then ultimately stepping behind the booth herself in 2002. “KSky,” as she’s known to one of the most loyal and passionate fanbases in the biz, has been tapped to play all the top festivals around the world, from Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance, sharing the stage at Coachella with Daft Punk and Madonna, multiple sets at Electric Daisy Carnival, as well as consistent appearances at the trance-focused Dreamstate and many more top one-off events. Kristina Sky has also held many coveted residencies including America’s first weekly trance event at Arena called “Heaven,” Spundae at Circus, Insomniac Events’ “Awakening” at Exchange LA, as well as the mighty Avalon Hollywood since 2010. It was in these rooms she honed her distinct sound.

Kristina Sky is revered for her unique style of high energy, melodic trance combined with her signature blend of deep & progressive house. Her first release in 2006, “EnMass – CQ [Seek You] (Randy Boyer & Kristina Sky Remix)” debuted on Armin van Buuren’s “A State of Trance” imprint on his world-famous Armada label, plus received massive support from Paul van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Agnelli & Nelson, John O'Callaghan, Darude, and Sander Van Doorn. The track then held the Beatport number 1 spot for 13 consecutive weeks, followed by another 10 weeks in the Top 10. She then teamed up with Boyer again for their 2008 hit on Paul Van Dyk’s “VANDIT” — “Kristina Sky & Randy Boyer - Set It Off”. Other production accomplishments include Randy Boyer & Kristina Sky ft. Cari Golden “No Limit” on Ultra Records. She’s also collaborated multiple times with Menno de Jong, such as on the Armada release “Signals.” In 2018 she was tapped to mix “Pure Trance Volume 7” which also featured a debut collaboration with Balearic king Roger Shah, “Ocean Flame”, and currently holds a spot on Solarstone’s globally respected “Pure Trance” roster alongside Solarstone, Factor B, Activa, Gai Barone and more, regularly playing the Pure Trance brand nights in London, Miami, Amsterdam, Las Vegas and beyond.
