I was just testing how my vocals sit on the track so this is a first draft, will work on the song and do a full cover soon! The low vocal you hear is, (I believe) my personal interpretation of the throat singing style Kargyraa.

Travel Light - I

Here is a mix that marked the beginning of an end for me. I recorded it rather whimsically on my birthday in 2019, zero prep and all.

I really wished I was home in Istanbul at the time, but because I was stuck in Chicago I tried to bring home to me. This mix to me sounds just like home, a little bit of this and that all blended in good harmony and a few surprises.

May 2020 bring you all that you need. May you be surrounded by true friends and lovers. May you, like me, get to shed all unnecessary layers.

I may have to leave Chicago in a few months. Let's catch up before that. I'll miss you all, but the world is small. We will find each other again.
