Also if you have guys that are terrible disrespectful lazy and do not know what they're doing please get them off of your team.

I don't care if they've been doing it 20 years.. If they don't care any more than they're worth list they don't deserve the respect or a paycheck if they don't do their job anymore..


Nobody owes you anything if you do not carry your weight or do your job anymore you don't deserve it you have to continue with what you had been doing in the past!!

Get rid of the backstabbing lazy Jokers and you will make more money.

They're just leeches that feel that world owes them everything because they did a little time in the field...

Just an old trance fan here 😃 Got my first record decks at 15 back in the late 90s, was massively into mixing trance and then harder trance/hardstyle in the early 00s (was obsessed with Scot Project & anything released on Overdose Germany!), and was a regular at GodsKitchen in Birmingham UK back in the day seeing all my favourite DJs....  Moved from the UK to Australia 9 years ago, I now have a rework obsession.....
