มันมี 2 ด้านที่อยู่คู่กัน 
มีลาภ เสื่อมลาภ 
มียศ เสื่อมยศ 
มีนินทา มีสรรเสริญ 
มีสุข มีทุกข์ 

เมื่อธรรมชาติของโลก ธรรมะประจำโลกมันเป็นอย่างนี้ 
เราอยากให้มันไม่เป็นอย่างนี้ มันจะทุกข์ 
แต่ถ้าเราเข้าใจโลก ว่ามันต้องเป็นอย่างนี้ 
ความอยากมันก็ไม่เกิดขึ้น 
ฉะนั้นถ้าเรารู้ความจริง เราเข้าใจความจริง 
ถ้าจะอยู่กับโลก ธรรมะประจำโลกก็คือโลกธรรม 8 ข้อ 
เราเข้าใจโลกธรรม 8 ข้อ 
ความทุกข์ก็จะหายไปจากใจเราเยอะแยะเลย 
ถ้าเราจะอยากพ้นทุกข์ อยากจะถึงพระนิพพาน 
เราก็เข้าใจธรรมะที่ประณีตลึกซึ้งมากกว่าโลกธรรมอีก 
เราเข้าใจลึกซึ้งลงไปถึงรูปนามขันธ์ 5 นี้ 
พอเข้าใจความจริงของมัน 
ความจริงของรูป รูปไม่เที่ยง เป็นทุกข์ เป็นอนัตตา 
ความจริงของนามธรรม ก็คือไม่เที่ยง เป็นทุกข์ เป็นอนัตตา 
พอเรารู้ความจริงได้ ใจเรายอมรับได้ 
รูปธรรม นามธรรม ล้วนแต่ไม่เที่ยง เป็นทุกข์ เป็นอนัตตา 
แล้วก็ไม่ได้อยากให้มันเที่ยง 
เราก็ไม่ได้อยากให้มันมีแต่ความสุข 
เราไม่ได้อยากที่จะควบคุมบังคับมันเอาไว้ ตามใจเราได้ตลอดกาล 
ความอยากก็ไม่เกิด ความทุกข์ก็ไม่เกิด
