according to Einstein's theory of general relativity, energy can warp spacetime. The theory states that spacetime, a four-dimensional structure, is curved by the presence of mass and energy. This curvature is what we perceive as gravity.

Relevé may be done in the first, second, fourth or fifth position, en attitude, en arabesque, devant, derrière, en tournant, passé en avant, passé en arrière and so on.

RIP Trish Keenan. Mnemosyne is the Greek Titaness of memory. She is the daughter of Uranus (Sky) and Gaia (Earth) and the mother of the Muses, born from her union with Zeus. In Greek mythology, she is a powerful figure associated with memory, reason, and the preservation of knowledge, especially through oral tradition. 

SEA OF JAPAN 日本海 [ akai s5000 (1MB challenge) ]
The Sea of Japan is located in eastern Asia, bordered by Russia and Sakhalin Island to the north, North Korea and South Korea to the west, and the Japanese archipelago (Hokkaidō, Honshū, and Kyūshū islands) to the east and south. 

airwatch [ polyend tracker ]
… reports possible miscount. Dispatch often makes references to something called "Airwatch" in its broadcasts, and this term is likely the designation for the Overwatch's aerial support and surveillance units. Metro Combine regularly request Airwatch to provide area information or "tag" suspicious people; in those cases, they are possibly referring to City Scanners. Combine Soldiers would also call in Airwatch or "Skyshield" augmentation forces to provide reinforcement, and these include Gunships and Dropships. Apart from those units, Hunter-Choppers could also be part of Airwatch.

The programming in your head: your memories, thoughts, instincts, desires etc - make up who you are. It is what makes you, you. For hosts, it is the programming and narrative written by the coders. This is where Arnold's bicameral mind theory comes in. He wrote their programming as something the hosts would hear in their heads.

Marking his first release on the London imprint, Inverse sees Pugilist expanding further into the shadowy, percussive terrain he has become known for, merging future-focused techno, lo-fi industrial, and the energy of early hardcore breaks through his own atmospheric lens. The EP captures both the toughness of the dancefloor and the subtle experimentation that runs through his catalogue.

A Scottish/Kiwi artist now based in Melbourne, Pugilist has built a reputation for stylistic range and rhythmic depth. His releases on Modern Hypnosis, Samurai Records, and 3024, along with the recent launch of his own imprint Ruff Kutz, demonstrate his ability to move across tempos and moods while maintaining a distinctive sonic identity. On the decks, he is celebrated for tightly curated sets, deep crates, and an array of unreleased dubs.

Speaking on joining the Best Intentions roster and the inspiration behind the project, Pugilist shares:
“Stoked to be joining the Best Intentions fam with 4 x retro rave rollas across the hardcore continuum, from minimalist Techno, to smoked out Electro, to krusty Hardcore and Breaks. This EP is a mix of styles which have informed my production style over the years. It is great to be putting out music with a shared vision for giving back for a greater cause. I have been a fan of the label since its inception so jumped at the chance to do a 12". For the second year in a row, Vief Records is raising funds for Palestine Solidarity Campaign. Voted for by those involved in the project, Palestine Solidarity Campaign is a community of people working together for peace, equality, and justice. Together, they are the biggest organisation in the UK dedicated to securing Palestinian human rights.

Their crucial work involves placing pressure on the British Government, which despite  change in ruling party last year, has made no material effort to end its complicity in Israel’s genocide. Public opinion against Israel and its actions continues to grow – and this would not be possible without the tireless efforts of groups like Palestine Solidarity Campaign.

Vief’s compilation comprises 15 tracks from artists based across five continents, showcasing the very best the world of leftfield techno has to offer.
