As guests enjoy Lebanese-Japanese fusion cuisine and sip cocktails under the glow of the London skyline, Sofia curates the evening’s soundtrack with a blend of oriental deep house and recognisable house remixes. Guests are treated to music from record labels such as Café De Anatolia and artists like The AB Brothers. As the evening progresses, a belly dancer and darbuka drummer take the stage, accompanied by upbeat Middle Eastern rhythms that get the crowd moving. By the end of the night, every guest has been touched by Sofia’s unique sound.
