//Humans... We have been hard at work in preparation for our first in person xConnect.

Though, fuelling our momentum as we traverse through space - are our transmissions.

And we have been OH so excited to welcome the one and only @Aj Walker to ensure optimal connection as we begin our landing.

AJ Walker has been playing and collecting tunes since 2016 and began producing in 2018. His influences span a variety of genres, particularly early 90's rave, trance, acid-house, breaks and psychedelic techno. 

Often he is inspired by live experiences with music and his interest in certain genres often changes based on who he is lucky enough to watch live. When producing, he samples heavily from video games, VHS tapes and obscure records to create a unique sound.

For Procyon, this mix collates some of his favourite psychedelic, minimal techno and ravey jams that AJ has collected in the last little while, as well as chucking one of his own to kick it off!!

Thank you AJ - this is going to travel far and wide, through multiple dimensions and worlds.

AJ Walker is a Naarm-based Producer/DJ and member of the cosmic collective, Procyon II: a record label, radio show, and event series. His passion for all things progressive, including 90's progressive house, trance, and rave, shapes his tune selections and approach to arrangement in the studio. Having released 2 EPs with a number of remixes and collaborations, AJ had enjoyed success both at home and abroad, while garnering support from DJ’s across the globe. He has brought his sound to iconic venues, such as Revolver Upstairs, XE54, Killing Time, and Section 8, as well as to a number of bush doofs and outdoor parties.
