Italian duo Underspreche's latest (club)-strike, 'Poet Ease', was shortly released on Maeve and basically unites features both, artist and label, sum up: an artistical poetic approach to electronic music with an experimental touch. So it was of mutual interest and respect that the musical relationship between the Mano Le Tough, Baikal and The Drifter founded label and Underspreche came about and extend respectively strengthen the label's versatility. 'Poet Ease' ist one of these pieces that introduces club-goeser and 'headphoners' to different musical horizons with each listen as it holds or lets one discover something new or unnoticed. As versatile and artsy as the EP is Marika and Simone's, Underspreche's real names, art:cast. The 67 minute path to fulfillment is paved with little excursions into mental disco-ish, housey or other genres and showcases the duo's deeply rooted musical knowledge and certainly the skills to create one on-going piece that picks up their audience.

Last summer we started our sub-label DUAT Moving Pictures just to release movie scores and we started the project with the soundtrack of the Netflix movie "Kidnapping Stella" by Michael Kamm. The idea was, to get those cinematic songs remixed by various electronic music artists and release that interpretation on our mother techno label DUAT. This is the first chapter with great works by Vril, Anja Zaube, Amin Fallaha and R100, available on Vinyl and digital.

This edition of BRCast features an exclusive mix by Shaun Moses. 

Shaun Moses is a name that one’s going to be seeing a lot more of. Hailing from Goa (India), the techno producer and DJ crafts his unique style of dark and pulsating techno, while still maintaining a raw aural aesthetic. His DJ sets, showcase an explosive snapshot of his capabilities, bursting at the seams with atmospheric synth hazes, rolling percussive hits and deep powerful bass lines.

Over the past few years, Shaun has performed at some of the best stages and venues across India while releasing on many popular international labels like Octopus Recordings, OFF Recordings, Alleanza Records, Tronic Music , Complexed Records & Hydrozoa Records to name a few.
