Energetic Indie-Rock Trio from East Anglia

Are We Static are an Alt-Rock band from North West UK. They create a mellow but powerful sound drawing influence from bands such as Death Cab for Cutie, Longview, Idlewild & Embrace

Their debut album, Embers, represents a 10 year evolution through love, heartbreak & tragedy.

Are We Static are driven by producer Kev Bolus (Littlemores, Olivia Fern, Superfecta & RISE) who, after tragic loss in 2009 and subsequent path of recovery and self-discovery, decided to bring to life the album that never was....

Generating solid interest during their gigging days, under the name Rush To The Yukon, their sound encouraged healthy debate. Steve Lamaq likened them to Crosby, Stills and Nash, describing warm guitars and conversational lyrics as a key part of that sound. 

Currently they are receiving great support from BBC Introducing, featuring regularly on the Sean McGinty Saturday Show. They also gained network coverage in a 'best of' slot.

Embers is a solid, energetic album that tilts its hat to life defining moments and serves as a reminder that if we don’t slow down, we may just miss it…

My name is Music Al and I am the owner of Waterfall Studios Warrington. 
I have over 20 years of experience playing many instruments, my main disciplines being drums and guitar (electric and acoustic) and I am qualified at Level 2 in Audio Production, Level 3 in Audio Technology, and a Degree in Professional Sound Engineering and Video Technology.
As well as teaching, we also provide services/courses in Music Writing & Recording, Multi-Tracking, Mixing, Mastering Songs, and Song Composition.
Many bands or individual artists have recorded their music in our professional acoustically treated studio of which is presented to our students in an audio format to enable easy distribution for future use.

Inland Murmur are a Cardiff based indie band. Toby and Hannah, who front the band, grew up in rural Carmarthenshire and take a huge amount of inspiration from the Welsh landscapes of home. Their music treads a line from ambient nostalgia to indie crunch. The band formed in London, but quickly relocated to Cardiff. Their previous singles ‘Icarus’ , ‘Waterline’ and 'Freshwater' received BBC Radio play from Adam Walton and were featured on a number of blogs including ‘Get in Her Ears’ , ‘When the Horn Blows’ and 'Mystic Sons'. 'Glimpses Through Trees’ is Inland Murmur’s fourth single and was recorded in the depths of Pembrokeshire. Working with Owain Jenkins at StudiOwz the band have crafted a track full of indie sounds that reflects on the nature of South Wales and the uncertainty of starting a new chapter in their life.

Passionate, political and firmly attached to the dancefloor, Australian band NASTY PARTY is a pants to the wall punk n' new wave sonic party built around the twin songwriting, vocal and guitar attack of Nasty Simon and Rhys Nasty, formed in 2019. 

A totally eclectic mutant melting pot of everything the duo love about their favourite bands, laced with lyrics that bring to light themes relevant to today's world from progressive politics to the changing fabric of society.

Based in Sydney and London, the two duelling songwriter/singer/guitarists bash out self produced tunes that slide in somewhere between the melodic choruses of The Buzzcocks and The Cure, the bratty classic punk of Sex Pistols, The Jam, The Voidoids and The Ramones, the Antipodean guitar assault of The Angels and AC/DC and the spiky angular subversiveness of Wire and Gang Of Four.
