Navigating over 14 years of my own personal eating disorder recovery, I weave embodied eating disorder recovery frameworks, sacred plant medicine teachings, trauma-informed integrative somatic coaching modalities, and my embodied, experiential life experience into a compassionate approach to food and body recovery.

I have found creative pathways to express myself, particularly through dance and somatic awareness practices. Enjoy a selection of meditations created with the language and from the perspective of being in recovery.

Embodiment processes helped me to develop sustainable inner resources, and to step into an energetic frequency that was grounded, connected, and attuned. And I genuinely hope these guided meditations support you too in creating a life that is embedded in embodied self-acceptance and trust.
