"7 Day Clinic" is a song that's really close to my heart, as I have struggled with anxiety my whole life, just like some of the closest people to me. I wanted to write a song as an ode to my younger self, that little girl who used to have nightmares all the time and needed to hold her mum's hand through just about any life-changing event! This is also my way of saying a big thank you to my super cool mum for always supporting and grounding me through everything.
Everyone has their own ways of coping, so I wanted to share some of the little things that us anxious people do during the day to feel okay again! I hope that this song resonates with listeners who have faced similar struggles, reminding them that they are not alone :)
