A lofty castle of my own
Like Crusoe pulls up the ladder to be alone
Steerforth, he is our guiding star
Inns of molten blue; that’s our repertoire
“Fill full your cups”

I hear the squawk of corkscrew sound
Long before it’s needed for the next maroon round
I’ve laughed at my own jokes all night
How town sharpens an appetite

Trickling trust divine

What deceiver it could be

“Vast truths that mortals seldom” found

I heard someone fall down the stairs
False reports the tumbler was in fact truly yours
Perhaps there’s foundation after all
I’m on my back on the passage floor

Durant 10 ans j'ai travaillé dans une association pour les gens en situation de précarité. La moyenne d'âge des bénévoles, est de 70 ans, durant cette même période j'ai mis sous terre 15 amis. Cette musique est pour faire honneur à toutes ces personnes et aux autres qui ont contribuée à amener de la chaleur dans notre société.

Composed in November 2013.
For 10 years I worked in an association for people in precarious situations. The average age of the volunteers is 70 years old, during this same period I put 15 friends underground. This music is to honour all those people and others who have contributed to bringing warmth to our society.
