The fire teaches you never to poison true love with barriers and restrictions. Rules in a relationship can be helpful as long as they do not restrict you and the love of your life. So it is important to experience the true love of your life with freedom. Freedom also means allowing the love of your life to make mistakes and not expecting him/her to do the same thing that you do. Fertilize your true love with the flame of freedom and the spark of joy.

The Time I Nearly Disappeared

It’s just a love song. Written in June/July 2022 but set in a room in an old house in Exeter in 1985.

My watch strap smells of perfume from a town in Southern France
You wore my watch last weekend at a party where we danced

The band was playing loud, our lips were sore, our ears were ringing

The tap drips, floors creak, but I’m safe within these walls
And I miss you so badly, can’t live at all

Its just so strong ,I feel possessed by these thoughts of you

I hear the train announcements from platforms down the hill
And prayers are said for our love in a room that’s light and still
I love this life I live, but now its dull and slow without you

I must accept it's love

Gunpowder is a means used by civilized nations to settle disputes that could become troublesome if left unsettled. Most authors attribute the invention of gunpowder to the Chinese, but the evidence is not very convincing. The English poet John Milton says that it was invented by the devil to scare away angels with it, and the rarity of angels seems to confirm this opinion in some respects.


What a fool's fantasy to pay homage to one's living God by killing. Only a scatterbrain can believe to do him a favor by destroying in anger what he has created in love!

The weapons of peace have become quite dangerous.
