I can’t believe that it has been seven years since I last did a Christmas song. This one is a bit different. Instead of an (interesting?) arrangement of a Christmas or Holiday song, this has several bits of familiar songs popping in and out of an otherwise original piece.

For me, a big part of the Holiday season has been about happy memories.

A nod to Aldous Huxley, Mike Wallace, and Sam Harris, whose voices I use on this track and whose ideas -- Huxley's and Harris', to be exact -- I mean, nothing against you Mike, but... -- helped inspire it.  I should also credit Desmond Morris for shaping my conception of primitive man and my understanding that we all, at present at least, are still no more than apes.  (Maybe some slightly more evolved than others, eh?)
