Composed in the summer of 2012 while sick in bed, I composed this Oseh Shalom in order to express peace through music via a beautiful yet simple melody.  Oseh Shalom, meaning “He who makes peace” is one of the most well-known and celebrated Hebrew texts. The prayer concludes the “Amidah,” which is the longest and most important section of the daily Jewish prayer service.
