Lanzamiento número 30 de Píldoras Tapes, celebrando 5 años de dedicación y promoción de la música underground de Sudamérica y de todo el mundo.

Anatomía del Control reúne seis temas excepcionales de artistas que han sido parte integrante de la trayectoria del sello. En la cara A, el tema número 1 viene de la mano de Happy707, el electrizante dúo de Techno Trash Jackin' de Buenos Aires; el segundo tema, firmado por el artista argentino Black.n, destaca por su potente sonido New Beat y EBM complementado con cautivadoras voces; y cerrando la cara está Invalid User, cofundador del sello, aportando un impactante tema lleno de influencias Noise, EBM e Industrial.

En la cara B, Chris Mitchell da el pistoletazo de salida con una cruda composición impregnada de influencias Electro y Acid; el segundo tema viene de Fillmmaker, mostrando su oscura visión de los sonidos Electro; y cerrando Graphiel, el nuevo alias de nuestro cofundador y director del sello, pone el broche final a este debut en vinilo.

Release number 30 from Píldoras Tapes, celebrating 5 years of dedication and promotion of underground music from South America and around the world.

Anatomía del Control brings together six exceptional tracks from artists who have been an integral part of the label’s journey. On side A, track number 1 is delivered by Happy707, the electrifying Techno Trash Jackin’ duo from Buenos Aires; the second track, signed by Argentinian artist Black.n, stands out with its powerful New Beat and EBM sound complemented by captivating vocals; and closing the side is Invalid User, co-founder of the label, contributing an impactful track filled with Noise, EBM, and Industrial influences.

On side B, Chris Mitchell kicks things off with a raw composition infused with Electro and Acid influences; the second track comes from Fillmmaker, showcasing his dark take on Electro sounds; and closing it all, Graphiel, the new alias of our co-founder and label director, delivers the final touch to this vinyl debut.

Artiste pluridisciplinaire, Liam.D trouve son inspiration dans la diversité des pratiques et des styles. Co-fondateur de Percept il fait ses marques ces dernières années avec des sets éclectiques et singuliers reflètant sa volonté d'alterner les genres.

Toujours à la recherche de nouvelles esthétiques sonores, il se positionne comme instigateur d'une curiosité musicale sans frontière mais néanmoins exigeante. Adepte des performances aurorales galvanisantes, Liam.D s’est déjà produit sur de nombreuses scènes réputées de l’Ouest.

En 2024 ils lancent avec Hirah les labels Hollow Bastion et Prima Vista sur lesquels ils signent des étoiles montantes du vivier local comme Gneiss ou No Whr. Il est également à l’initiative du projet HomeCast qui met en avant les artistes locaux.

Imprégné de l'esprit émancipant des événements intimistes d'Atlas Circus, l'artiste costarmoricain y fait ses premières mains. Aujourd'hui installé sur la capitale bretonne, il écume les scènes de l'Ouest avec des passages notables à Astropolis, au Macadam de Nantes ou au 1988 Live Club à Rennes.

Fortement influencé par les mélodies et le groove singulier de l'Italo il prend ensuite un virage marqué vers des performances axées progressive trance et électro. Son intégration au roster de Percept paraît alors être une évidence tant les visions artistiques s'entremêlent.

The last year or so has been very good to me and so I’ve decided to make this label entirely a fundraising project. From here on out 100% of all profits will be donated. Each release will focus on a different queer NGO around the world. For 003 I’ve decided to focus on the Humsafar Trust, India’s oldest and largest queer advocacy group. We’ve been in touch for a while now and in their words: “every bit counts”...
This will be out on Friday and as always limited to 300 copies. If you’re in Berlin hit me up and I’d be happy to sell a few in person too.
