Really wise, true words! thank you! your intention for your set is very praiseworthy and human...But when you write that you know it takes time to listen to a longer mix, this thought immediately shoots into my brain: how shitty the times would be without sets like yours and without the producers of fantastic music...i am grateful to all of you and now listen to your set with joy ;) all the best for you...

additionally here to my big soul fellows+followers: you have no idea what a unique and precious treasure you are. simply from my feeling + understanding of absolutely great perfect music, beats + sounds. your stuff hold my heart.

Mental health...  It's in the news, on your phone, in your head.  It's okay to not be fine all of the time.  It's okay to feel down or- it's okay to feel anything.  But feelings are transitory.  They will pass.  Radically accept whatever it is and move on to the next challenge.  If you know someone who is struggling- reach out.  Your effort could make all the difference in the world.  The people who need help the most are the least likely to ask for it or appear as though they need it.  😔
Wow- Season 5?!  I never could have imagined making this many mixes let alone people actually listening to them.  I am humbled by every listen and comment I receive. I know it takes time to write a comment or to listen to an hour-long mix.  There is an endless supply of music out there so the fact that someone chose to listen to my effort is remarkable.

I wanted to make this season special- dark, deep, and curated rather well...

There is some intense dark'n'heavy bass work from @angalardub- 'The Disease' will infect your ears.  @mahsiv delivers a wicked slice of bass pie with 'Strictly'.  It's going on a year old but will still knock your ear drums in.  @viruldnb's track 'Animal Instincts' might be five years old, but sounds fresh AF today.  @teejdnb delivers with the sonic delicacy that is 'Lunacy'- top fucking notch there.  I think there are three or four @resslekdnb tracks in here, each one a subtle banger with super-clean sound design.

The biggest of ups to all the producers making these tunes- us djays would be nothing without you all giving us something to play.

I love drum&bass...  But my first and forever love is Chicago house.  I love it all.  Well, not all- no country or trance.  Apologies.
Let me hear the weird shit...
I couldn't do this without all of the amazing people making music for me to play for fun...  Your talents are appreciated.  I'm not a pro...  I just play music for fun so that I have something to listen to.  Maybe you like a mix.  Maybe not.  Keep listening and the odds are that one will hit with you.  I know there is SO MUCH CONTENT on here and other sites, so the fact that you stopped here, read this, or listened to part of a mix means a lot.  I don't want to play out.  I just want to rock your headphones to get you through a rough day, a workout, a commute- whatever it is you need.
