A selection of Acid and House tunes from 1988 to 1990 mixed by me. Back to when the raves began and the music started getting exciting. I did this mix and first uploaded it online in 2011, but as of from December 2013 iv re-mixed it and its now improved. Iv got this mix on a couple of sites and the original version i did of this has been quite popular on YouTube. Even tho the original version has been one of my most popular mixes, (apart from my breakdance mix) there was a couple of areas of sloppy mixing, but most significantly after listening to it on a particular occasion i realised just how bad the audio quality was and i wasnt totally happy with it so i thought id try and rectify that, so iv totally re-mixed it (almost identically with only a few minimal changes) and its also now extended with two extra tunes on the end.     This mix is now a better experience ! 

As i say the original copy was bad quality and even when i then put this re-mixed version on YouTube it still had a slight few distorted areas on a couple of tunes, but this is the nice clean copy of it with no issues.
(Altho in hindsight i have put to much sparkle on it in my music producing software, but iv learnt from that since to be abit more minimal with it)

The Bearded Man recalled an old Twilight Zone episode as he lay there on the carpeted floor of the airport lounge. He remembered how a man, having died, found himself in heaven. Every time he gambled, he won, getting richer and richer. Everyone loved him everywhere he went, and he couldn’t fail at anything he tried to do. For the first time, losing wasn’t an option. At first, he was thrilled. Wasn’t this what he had always wanted? He’d play another round of roulette, and wouldn’t you know it? 33 black once more. Another winner. After a few days, he found himself incredibly bored. Winning *all* the time was worse than losing *most* of the time. Suddenly, he began to piece it together. He’d never been the world’s most virtuous man, and this surely wasn’t heaven. This was one of the devil’s cruel tricks — a fitting punishment for a lifelong gambler. The Bearded Man pondered the moral of this story. He was between flights, having travelled from Perth, to Sydney, to Los Angeles, to Miami without a break. He’d been awake for 36 hours and he felt like a zombie. He thought about the 7 hour trip that remained from Miami to Lima, Peru, and he felt a rush of dread come over him. “This is what it means to be a globe trotter, I guess.” Recalling the story once more, he thought about all the truly wonderful people he had met on his travels so far. Would he swap the bitter of the journey for a life of only sweet? Not a chance in hell.

A few days ago, user CtlynJnrIsStnnngNBrve asked what The Bearded Man’s lifelong dream was. What a tough question! We tracked him down, but we’re not sure you’ll like the answer. It seems The Bearded Man has been reading a lot of books recommended by legendary financial billionaire Warren Buffet. Rather than respond with something deep, poetic, or worldly as we’ve come to expect from The Bearded Man, our hero responded to this question by saying that his lifelong dream was to make the greatest use of compound interest he could, thereby maintaining his commitment to a sound and sensible investment policy consisting of education, hard work, and attention to detail. Not only that, he reaffirmed his support for the firm foundation theory, adding that picking winners in the stock market based on reasoning and sound judgment was his lifelong desire. You see, we found this answer somewhat perplexing. We’ve been studying the life of The Bearded Man for a long time now, and honestly, there’s nothing in his past that indicates that this was a dream of his before even a few days ago. So please don’t take this answer to heart, he’s obviously just caught up in another one of his phases. I guess, if there’s one thing to be said for The Bearded Man, it’s that he treats all his new adventures like a new love, diving into them as wholeheartedly as if he’d loved them his whole life.

I'm almost finished, I'll see you back at the house in 45 minutes, ok?” And that was that. Oh wait - did you think that The Bearded Man grew up without a father? Nope, he had a father. Guess there was really no point to this story, was there?
