Big EDM is a Music Label and Sound-Design company that was established in 2015 by Roman Trachta – the founder of another well-known sound-designing company W. A. Production. This label is following in W. A.'s footsteps, and is only creating and releasing the most current and mammoth sounds, samples, loops, construction kits, and much more for thousands of producers who want to add fresh ideas to their production. Big EDM will provide their products to all genres including electro, progressive, deep, tropical, future, dubstep, trap and many more.

Migrated from Kosova/Albania, Eastern Europe at the age of 4, raised in inner city Atlanta, Armend was heavily influenced by Atlanta hip-hop music and culture from the late 90s to infinity. At a very young age, Armend began making beats, taking inspiration from some of his favorite music like Outkast, Goodie Mob,  Lil Jon, T.I, Gucci Mane, and even today's artists such as J.I.D. Armend's first DJ gigs were a highly successful series of TOSH (Twerk or Stay Home) parties hosted by some of his high school classmates. Around 2012, he began producing electronic music, with inspirations from RL Grime, Baauer, Skrillex, & Troyboi. Being from eastern Europe, Armend always seems to implement organic, tribal and ethnic sounds into his music, such as his song "Agra", which has thousands of streams and was featured on Headbang Society (now Digital Vibrations). Armend Hammer works in Audio/Visual technology which he finds overlaps heavily with his music production and engineering skills, and is always looking for new ways to break the barrier combining technology and fresh sounds.
