One of the most beautiful and interesting musical projects created by the great and electronic pioneer Maurizio Dami aka Alexander Robotnick comes back to life. Giorgio Records is proud to present the first official vinyl reissue of Mya & The Mirror with the song Hesitation (in both vocal and reflex versions) sung beautifully by Mya Fracassini, mezzo soprano lent to dance music. The 12“ contains an amazing remix of Armonics, now at home at Giorgio Records and two edits: an unreleased live edit by Alexander Robotinick played at the Italorama in Berlin in 2018 and one that comes from Australia by the very kind George Hysteric! Welcome to the Giorgio Records family, George.

They give the original track, “Presente Ausente” a darker and acidifying version.

Four years ago, Francesco Strippoli debuted on Bordello A Parigi with Universal Oneness followed by the analogue rich Prison Planet EP. 

Once again, donning his Armonics alias, the Bari based producer returns with four tracks for "Future Echoes". The synthesizer warmth that has characterised past releases is immediately present. 

At the heart of “Floating High” is Strippoli’s keyboard work. Beats are crisp and understated as waves of melodic murmuration bob and weave to complement each other perfectly. A steady kick introduces the textured title work. Warbling notes give way to bolder chords, chords that are blurred by shimmering arpeggios as layers of harmony expand and unfold. Nostalgia meets the needle on the flip.

“Retrospectiva” blends subtle shades with brassy extravagance, the sun and romance of southern Italy radiating in tempered brilliance. 

The energy of “Music and Lights” closes. Throbbing keys are further fortified by swirling synth stabs, the intensity being ratchetted up to boiling point in this dancefloor delight. Quality through and through.

Composer, arranger, and producer Celso Valli, who sadly passed away in July 2025, left behind a monumental body of work that helped define the sound of an era. From the lush elegance of disco strings to the futuristic pulse of Italo, Valli’s fingerprints can be found on countless records that continue to inspire dancers, DJs, and producers today.

Through a carefully woven selection of classics, hidden treasures, and personal favorites, Parisi will shine a light on Valli’s unique sense of drama, melody, and emotion. Expect both the anthems that once ruled early ’80s discotheques and the overlooked gems that reveal Valli’s depth as a visionary craftsman.
