Ice Breakers Ball has become an institution for those of us who live in San Francisco and love breaks. It was an honor to be invited by my good friends, the Janky Barge, once again to play the eighth renewal of Ice Breakers this year. Big thanks to Robbie Kowal, Steve Kirchner and to all my Janky friends for having me. And last but not least, thanks to the legendary DJ Icey for coming out to San Francisco to grace the decks at Ice Breakers again this year. Happy 2014, Everyone! 

As a member and resident of Space Cowboys, DJ Zach Moore spins events from San Francisco to the Black Rock Desert to New York City and beyond. Zach has played epic, sold-out events like Outside Lands, Burning Man, Treasure Island Music Festival, Lightning in a Bottle, PEX Summer Fest, GhostShip and the legendary Breakfast of Champions. These days, Zach's live sets are mostly packed with party rockin' breaks, but his love of electronic music starts with house and spans many of the subgenres, including deep, vocal, tech, progressive, and electro. W.Haze - Episode 209

We are starting a series of guest mixes spotlighting various artists outside of the Bay Area and kicking it off with a guest mix from Tampa Bay's InterCom (@intercom-dj).

Intercom has pulverized dancefloors from coast to coast with his unique brand of impious vibrations since 1999. Stupefying crowds from Black Rock City to Lakes of Fire, Intercom’s influence on the Burning Man music community has stretched from memorable performances at the Freakeasy and Hookahdome to those at Dewie Decibels and Gon Kirin. In Detroit, Intercom spent years leaving audiences in a pile of their own excrement during monthlies for SanctumFM. Also pairing his caliginous vibe quite appropriately with the devils and ghouls at Theatre Bizarre, where he has performed since prior to the inception of their mainstream epoch. 

Intercom has opened for and supported such belligerence powerhouses as Deekline, Keith Mackenzie, Stanton Warriors, Freq Nasty and Radiohiro.

Here's what he had to say about the mix:
