Delfines de Etiopia nace en Junín (Buenos Aires, Argentina) en el año 2001. El estilo de la banda está basado fundamentalmente en el reggae y las letras describen una realidad hostil como la que nos toca vivir en cualquier barrio, siempre con la visión puesta en ideas universales como la justicia y la igualdad. Sonidos con estilo, que van desde ritmos latinos, hip-hop, raggamuffin, y sobre todo reggae, hacen de esta, una banda muy característica.

La banda grabó en los últimos meses del año 2005 su primer cd en estudio, "Una mano amiga". Recorriendo el contenido, encontramos temas como "El enemigo", "El Rey", "La Verdad" , "To be along", y otros que marcan las variantes musicales que la banda presenta.

Como dato de importancia, la banda gano la edicion 2007 del denominado “BOMBARDEO DEL DEMO”, del Programa Day Tripper conducido por Juan Di Natale en FM ROCK AND POP con el tema “To be along”.
