Collateral was a Parisian trio, polarised between synthetic hints and electric inspirations. Qualified experts in melancholic dance music (majoring in suburbian minimal wave and IDIB productions), they remixed artists such as Keren Ann, Arnaud Rebotini, Chad Valley or Tanlines, and recorded a couple of EPs in association with blazing producer Villeneuve (collaborator of M83, Anoraak, Team Ghost...), both released in 2012 by Desire records. Performing live, they relied on their monomaniac friend Rolande, devoted rhythm machine.

Collateral fut un trio parisien aux relents synthétiques mais d'inspiration électrique. Titulaire de nombreux diplômes en dance mélancolique (options : minimal wave de sous-préfecture et productions Italians Do It Better) le groupe remixa à tour de bras (Keren Ann, Arnaud  Rebotini, Chad Valley, Tanlines...) et publia une paire d’EP en association avec le flamboyant producteur Villeneuve (collaborateur de M83, Anoraak, Team Ghost...), sortis en 2012 sur Desire records. Sur scène, Collateral s'adjoignait l'accompagnement de Rolande, dévouée boîte à rythmes monomaniaque.
