This is the recording of my DJ set at Berghain on sunday morning 6th of February 2011, between 8 and 12am. Deep respect to Stroboscopic Artefacts for having me as part of the line-up, the Berghain crew for being the perfect hosts and last but not least that massive pack of dancing nutters on the floor (especially the Belgian delegation present for the occasion). Found in an old box of tapes here is the recording of Neil Landstrumm's liveset at House Of God, Birmingham back in November 1995.

The recording alone will melt your face off. 
Can you IMAGINE what it was like actually BEING THERE?

Comments from Neil- "Surgeon just mailed me this tape recording of a live set i did at the House of God in Birmingham in 1995… If memory serves me correct that was the first time I performed there. Anyways its live on hardware (as was the only choice then) rather nasty but still fun..Tr-909, S950,Tb-303, Sh-101, Sequential Circuits Pro-One, Tr-606,, Atari ST and some other crap….The Peacefrog and Sativae acid years…."

DJ Hyperactive - 12 of 12 (Side B) circa 1996

After going to his first techno parties in 2001 Arnoid started mixing records and played his first dj-sets at local parties in and around Kortrijk.

In the meantime his style developed to acid & oldskool and at the end of 2005 he bought his first hardware and started to make his own music. This led to a little addiction in analog gear and acid music.

He played his first live-set in 2007 in the years that followed he played more live-sets around Belgium for different organizations: ( X-live) Narcosis, Peer Pressure Summer Kick Off, Tribes Gathering, Reflex Xl Festival, Tactics Outdoor Festival , War-Wir Productions, Burnout, It’s raining Acid, Postbus X, Sidvisjes in Wonderland, etc

At the end of 2012 he brought out his first release 12” on the Ghent based label Narcosis and also joins Narcosis as a resident.

These days he brings you a pounding live act with hardware machines trying to spread his own sound & style.
