Belfast brothers Cocktail Cool are a dynamic DJ & Producer duo composed of Timmy & Scott. With a shared passion for music, Cocktail Cool have started to make waves in the electronic music scene over the past few years.

From a young age, music was more than just a hobby for these brothers - it was a dream they aspired to fulfill together. Cocktail Cool has an impressive portfolio of releases on several esteemed labels, including Whoyostro, Conceptual, Hustler Trax, Purism, Street Tracks, CHIWAX, and Snake Beat. Each release has garnered significant attention from the previous, further establishing their presence in the industry.

Their energetic DJ performances and unique sound have quickly gained them a following, culminating in a strings of high profile gigs across their hometown of Belfast. Hypnotic mix of a hypnotic classic. The music references jazz from before WWII and the beat includes second line rhythms, some of Dianna's best vocals, so sultry, almost invoking Bessie Smith. This record has been used since its inception to take people to another plane, where time is eternal, and you are right there in the middle of the groove. This mesmerizing mix highlights the timeless facets of a timeless classic.

This is about as Gay Marvine as it gets. First it was a song, a single, even has another remix single released years later, but still this mix never was officially released. Presumably the original source is a reel to reel, recorded to acetate, later recorded by someone who that acetate was not made for and unofficially released as a "promo mix". A very memorable string pattern and wonderful groove from Sylvester highlighted in a monster bass groove with a glorious arrangement by the legendary Tom Moulton, and edited and remastered by Gay Marvine for your ears and dancefloors here.
