My mate Pete (Rosen Corporation, S.A. Fred) and had pretty satisfying live DAWles jam session the other night. Everything is improvised on the fly, apart from a couple of pre-programmed drums on the Elektron Model Samples.

Sun Night Moaning

this track started with me 'playing' ( a loose term as I'm not a pianist, fiddling might be a better term) on the piano alongside a drum track I'd just programmed. This really nice piano riff came up but I wasn't recording. Fortunately ableton has this thing where it always "listens" so i was able to press a button and it magically brought up what Id just played... phew!
