Since the inception of this project 2019, they have carefully built out their own perception of how electronic music should be represented on today's dance floor: energetic, organic, and distorted. 

As well as DJing, they have also been heavily focused on developing their own productions, which are inspired by transcendent sounds, and futuristic musical concepts. Along with a selection of attentively curated tracks, you can expect to hear some of ÆMYGDALA's original work throughout this mix.

At just over 3 hours, this mix is the longest mix I’ve ever recorded. You’ll find many brand new tracks like &ME’s brilliant “Confusion” as well as Burning Man Classics like “Time” by the Pachanga Boys and The Scumfrog’s brilliant remix of Once In A Life Time by Art of Noise.  There’s plenty of remakes and remixes including of tracks by Röyksopp, Everything But The Girl, Sade, Kate Bush, Chris Isaak, Radiohead, The Doors, Teddy Pendergrass,  and Tyree Cooper. There’s also the TikTok hit “Love Tonight”. Finally, for my Australian friends who may be suffering lockdown blues, you’ll find Marea (We’ve Lost Dancing) by Fred Again and The Blessed Madonna will restore your optimism for a brighter tomorrow.

Abel Meyer is a DJ and producer from Argentina, with more than 20 years of experience. His latest music production works are oriented to the sounds of Melodic Techno and Progressive House.
Owner and CEO of the Connections Records label since 2016.

With his sets he reached the Top 1 in sales on Beatport Mixes twice, sharing Top Charts with with artists such as Paul Van Dyk, Todd Terry and Fedde Le Grant among others.
He was a Finalist in the Beatport and Pioneer DJ Global DJ Competition 2021, and winner of the Armin Van Bureen and Phillips Sound DJ Contest in 2014.

In 2021 his released remixes for ARRVL Records and joined to this label from London as producer.

Abel Meyer's YouTube channel has more than 2.5 million views and was distinguished in the "Music" category in YouTube Space LA.
He was a jury in outstanding DJ competitions, searching new local talents in Argentina.

He was part of the line up of events sharing the stage with Paul Oakenfold, Robbie Rivera, John Acquaviva, Wally Lopez, David Penn, Abel Ramos, Droplex, Anthony Pappa, Circulation, Manuel De La Mare,
among the most prominent, and had the support of Hernan Cattaneo in his most recent tracks.
