BIO:
Based in Florida, this DJ and Producer has been mixing for about 2 years. They told me that their most substantial inspiration is the amount of underground music & avant-garde producers that people seldom hear about. What keeps them coming back, though, is being allowed to introduce these tracks and creative concepts that they personally find irreplaceable to others who will maybe sift through the setlist because something resonated with them enough to seek out the creator & listen to more of their work. 

They've performed at a handful of events local to their area and have found them to all be immensely enjoyable. And since finding the VR scene they've played at places that they told me that they're eternally grateful to for allowing them to stretch their legs creatively, whether it was 2 years ago or last week. The type of tracks you'll be hearing at most of their sets come from genres like hyperpop, hyperflip, deconstructed club, baile funk, plastic pop, and jersey club. 

They said that inspiration rarely presents itself in a sensible way - so for today, they brought you a set that starts with an eclectic/anticipatory intro inspired by their cat. Aside from themselves, she's heard them play more music than anyone else & sits next to them during every set. She's a quiet, mysterious creature & she enjoys the digital synth sounds the most. You'll be hearing tracks like the current one, Broken Friendship Bracelet, and Pretty Mixx, which are the opening and closing tracks, respectively. To this DJ, these tracks are both incredible feats of production and massively genre-defining in their own right. A simple beginning & a complex ending - which is the essence of this set & their own interests.

Outside of DJing, they enjoy writing, painting, pottery, & street photography. And outside of electronic music, they've been obsessed with "Ode to Rahsaan" by Berloiz - a jazz fusion track that properly pays homage to the roots of jazz as black classical music. 

While they don't have anything specific to promote, they asked that you engage with your local communities wherever you can, & to be kind and patient to yourself & others.
