i need to drop this now. no promo, no teasers, no visualizers. i had high ambitions for what i wanted this project to be but i’ve hit such a low ceiling. my health has me in a bind and i’m in a creative collapse as a result: i have no energy to make anything. i am medically restricted from pushing myself in any capacity and my waking days are cut in half, spent ensuring that i keep my heart from working too hard. i’m not ungrateful for the patience and grace shown by my creative peers, close friends and loved ones - i’m well aware i deserve to show myself the same - just genuinely hate being this burdened. i’m tired of hospitals, tired of pills, tired of being tired. regardless, this ep is my best work and what i’m creatively most proud of .

NAE marks a transition for arson0 both in method and execution, the brackish water between the river and the sea. at this ep’s inception all i had on my mind was the end of the world. now all i have on my mind is my own mortality. i hope that doesn’t come off as a cry for help because it’s not: i have more appreciation for my life now than i ever had, but when you get as close to dying as i had this past month perspective shifts drastically. my skepticism on where music as an art as a whole is going is growing beyond what i can handle and arson0’s probably not going to be on the other side of this .
