Hambourg’s electro duo Fallbeil composed by Wosto and Kluentah, is still pretty unknown despite they’ve been  releasing a bunch of EP and a couple of LP on label like Mannequin, Killekill sub-label Boidae or New York Haunted and more recently on their own label Teerpappe to name a few. Wosto, long time Macadam Mambo’s collaborater (Danzas Electricas vol. 2 & 3), sent us demos of what sounds very like « what Drexciya would realease on Bunker Records », a compilation of irresistible dark atmospheres slow electro tunes with very raw textures, complemented by few little skits to generate a brilliant album around the story of the Mockturtle. It’s rought as it should be ! And ! Little TIP for gabber’s heads dj, some tracks can be played in 45rpm check « No Go Area » and « Rackelhahn » it makes it worth ;)

"In 2018 in Bogotá, producer Halb Maschine and artist Ela Vann joined forces to bring Dot Drama to life. After several years of collaboration, they present their EP "Surcos" on Pildoras Tapes. The EP features 6 tracks that explore the sounds of Synthwave, incorporating distorted vocals, classic drum machines, and saxophones that evoke the industrial sound of the 1980s.

We are pleased to introduce these types of releases that delve into different genres of electronic music. That's why we decided to invite Filmmaker, Spinal, Tarqvino, and Panama Papers for the B-side of the tape, creating new versions more focused on the dance floor."

SG is none other than Andrew Pekler returning to faitiche with an album of sentimental guitar escapism. For Lovers Only / Rain Suite features ten tracks made using only an electric guitar and a handful of effects pedals (plus some additional recordings of rain) and finds Pekler once again attempting to reconicile his tendencies towards kitsch, experimentation and minimalism.   What does Pekler's pseudonym SG stand for? Sentimental Guitar? Sound Gallery? Shy Guy? Sad Gnosis? Saudade Glamour? Soft Goth? We don't know, but we asked notorious Chicago romantic Sam Prekop for his take on the album – his reply:

SG (Andrew Pekler): Sentimental Guitar Dream

WL//WH is pleased to premiere the closing track, "Introspecteuf", of the forthcoming debut EP "La Lune Brille" via the French label, Human Disease Network, from Rennes-based producer and member of the ÖND collective, Lemon Schaden.

The 4-track EP delivers a heady and intricate hybrid of hypnotic downtempo club rhythms and emotive spacey atmospherics, built on stripped and glitchy techno, chilling Trip-Hop, and tweaked-out Electro with intoxicating resonant Bass tones and crunchy Breakbeat grooves.

It's the story of a road, a never-ending path. The story of a night that grows longer and lasts longer. Along with her story, it goes through a before, an after, and a present moment.
In the beginning, there's the party, in the massive alchemy of a booming culture. A free and unbridled party, in a crossroads of sound, in unison. The rhythms, sometimes tribal, sometimes haunting, blend with a tormented melancholy. Closed in a box, open in a field, the aim is the same: to lose all its elements. Then time stops and space expands. Darkness reigns as the mind gradually ignites until it reaches explosion point. Consciousness vibrates as the body comes alive. The orchestra grows louder and louder until it reaches its peak. Finally, reality returns, a future that hurts. The clock starts ticking again, and the field of vision narrows. The temptation is strong to flee, to hang it all up. One last time, the eyes lift, the moon shines and then it's gone.
