In it I speak to variety of people who work with or are interested in dance and movement, body consciousness and spatial awareness, the relationship between our bodies, sustainability, and politics.

The voices include professional dancers, musicians, visual artists, filmmakers, and mathematicians whom I've asked about their relationship to movement, stillness, silence, freedom, imagination, improvisation, uncertainty, and what world might be like if everyone would dance.
