We are extremely excited to present you with a brand new remixed version of Beckers&#8217; smash hit &#8220;Switch&#8221;! The original was released back in 2005 on Sprout and has been one of the biggest success stories for the label so far.

Beckers&#8217; (part of D-Nox &amp; Beckers) &#8220;2014 Remix&#8221; comes in the form of a very sleek, almost floating construct of some naughty, electric vocals and a lush groove. Forward moving and with just the right amount of energy to make this version work throughout the summer. The smooth acid-like sounds are the icing on this very tasty cake.

Velkro&#8217;s interpretation is a funky one. Adding old school, Detroit inspired chords to provide a bit of an uplifting vibe it. He keeps it simple, while only adding some effect trickery to the vocal parts. The big bassline, that provides the backbone of the mix reminds us of the good old garage days.

Flow &amp; Zeo Carioca are closing of the EP with an atmospheric, broken beat version. The mix teases with some rock guitar influences and builds within reverb and delay patterns.

For those of you who don’t speak 'producer talk', that basically means if this track was a colouring-in book then each different page would be a perfectly arranged rainbow of smooth shapes and round squiggles. And 10 points to you if you can pick out the part where Kyle sampled himself eating…

The thing that really makes this record special is the way Kyle has been able to capture the raw and organic feel of the chords, yet still keep it sounding polished and clean. It’s a true testament to Kyle’s ability in the studio to create truly unique records that work just as well in a club as they do through your dope home stereo.

What I personally like to make are hip hop and house beats with a mix of sounds that range from jazz brass, live drum kits, deep tech, breakbeats, all with a sprinkle of electro from 2008. I’m from From San Antonio, Texas but I have lived in Brooklyn & San Francisco both where I got exposed to what real underground DJs are all about. On top of that, there are Band directors and bonafide Texas County Singers in the family so it’s hard not to love all the different sounds.

Ben &  Lenny are real northern ligths. Both of them are looking back on a long musical history. The collaboration as "Artenvielfalt" was founded to create a better environment for everybody. 
"Art" and "diversity" is what they both take seriously.
Nothing bores them more then riding on the same style on and on again.
A mixture of nostalgia & modern spirit is impressing their deep, minimal & tech-house compositions. They are constantly on the hunt to find new spiecies in their audio adventures. A visitation on one of their excursions provids an extensive insight into their fascinating work and is leaving a feeling of deep satisfaction.
