Du kannst dich nicht selber finden, indem du in die Vergangenheit gehst. Du findest dich selber, indem du in die Gegenwart kommst.

Durch Selbstbeobachtung kommt automatisch mehr Gegenwärtigkeit in dein Leben. In dem Moment, wo du erkennst, dass du nicht in der Gegenwart bist, bist du gegenwärtig.

Je stärker wir uns auf Vergangenheit und Zukunft konzentrieren, umso mehr entgeht uns das Jetzt – das Kostbarste, was es gibt.

Schau dir einen Baum, eine Blume, eine Pflanze an. Lass dein Gewahrsein darauf ruhen. Wie still sie sind, wie tief sie im Sein wurzeln. Lass zu, dass die Natur dich die Stille lehrt.

Selbst wenn Lärm da ist, kannst du der Stille hinter dem Lärm gewahr werden, des Raums, in dem der Lärm entsteht. Das ist der innere Raum reiner Bewusstheit, es ist das Bewusstsein selbst.

Beobachtung des Verstandes öffnet die Dimension der Zeitlosigkeit. Die Energie, die vom Verstand abgezogen wird, verwandelt sich in Gegenwärtigkeit. Dieser eine Augenblick – das Jetzt – ist das Einzige, dem du nicht entrinnen kannst, die einzige Konstante im Leben. Was auch geschehen mag, wie sehr sich das Leben auch verändert, eins ist gewiss: Es ist immer jetzt.

Das falsche, unglückliche Selbst, das in der Identifikation mit dem Verstand begründet ist, lebt von der Zeit. Es weiß genau, dass der gegenwärtige Moment seinen eigenen Tod bedeutet, und fühlt sich natürlich von ihm bedroht. Es wird alles tun, um dich aus ihm herauszuholen. Es wird versuchen, dich in der Zeit gefangen zu halten.

Die Stille ist das Einzige auf der Welt, das keine Form hat. Aber dann ist sie auch kein wirkliches Ding und folglich nicht von dieser Welt.

A Sea Breeze is a cool summer cocktail containing vodka with cranberry and grapefruit juice and is usually shaken to create a foamy surface. Our Sea Breeze will make you shake with some groovy, disco influenced House and Deep House beats. 

Steintology has always had a passion for transformational and eclectic electronic music. He has played the circuit at a variety of different venues in Toronto, including Geary Underground, Playground Weekend and ROUND. As the house DJ for Toronto's Art Battle, you can usually catch him dropping beats at the Great Hall once a month.

Without a doubt, this was one of the most challenging sets for us to date. It was particularly difficult to compose because we could not find the usual direction or flow that we normally fall into. The expression of a set is the reflection of its bearer and when we try to sit and reflect on the mysteries and madness of this year, we are flooded with many different feelings and emotions. Digging deep into our introspective thoughts - understanding and appreciating what there is to be grateful for, reminiscing on what used to be and shaping what is yet to come - we decided that in a world where there are many things that still do not make sense, we should tell the story that captures the various moods and feels of our journey thus far, regardless of its nonsensical irregularities - or more simply put “nothing makes sense, so maybe this doesn’t have to make sense either”. This approach set our minds free to just have fun and play songs that we have loved during this time, showcasing a storyline that deeply resonates with us. This story, made for our friend Dunmore Park, captures our understanding of life’s circular cadence; from the excitement of a new beginning, to the regularity of something familiar, the inevitable ache of its passing and the eventual hope for something new once again. We send you all our love and cannot wait to reunite soon to share our bizarre stories from one of the most peculiar years yet.

Ben &  Lenny are real northern ligths. Both of them are looking back on a long musical history. The collaboration as "Artenvielfalt" was founded to create a better environment for everybody. 
"Art" and "diversity" is what they both take seriously.
Nothing bores them more then riding on the same style on and on again.
A mixture of nostalgia & modern spirit is impressing their deep, minimal & tech-house compositions. They are constantly on the hunt to find new spiecies in their audio adventures. A visitation on one of their excursions provids an extensive insight into their fascinating work and is leaving a feeling of deep satisfaction.
