Here's part 1 of my sober October Mix series! Jump up of course... had a lot of fun recording this so let me know what you think 

Awareness around mental health is something that has always been so important to me, and I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that I have had times of struggle myself and not known where to turn to.

CALM was a charity that I took the time to call at one of my lower times and I can only speak the most highly of what it is that they do and provide to people in time of need.

Especially in the industry we are all in it is so important to know the resources available to reach out if you ever feel stuck or a bit lost. Because calling someone that knows how to direct lost emotions or even just listen to what you want to say can change for a world of good.

We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.
