As far as we know “Piano Monkey’s” are parasitical guides sent to Earth via comets from distant galaxies far far away in an eldritch form similar to “Cordyceps spores” they defy conventional understanding.
Akin to a quantum particle capable of occupying multiple spaces simultaneously, and occasionally eluding human perception altogether, they are known to digest mycelium and mimosa, these enigmatic musical alien-beings cloaked in human form: are hell bent in cultivating a grand ego to catalyze their mission of harmonising humans through multimedia to reshape the world!
Untameable and anarchic, Piano Monkeys are resolute in their pursuit of creating harmony among humanoids by any means necessary which often includes trying to hi-jack the earths protected media empire via film, music and social media. An  original junglist from Los Angeles, now residing in Southern California, I. Wright rinses jungle, drum and bass and has been rocking crowds in California and beyond for the past two decades.  He's built up a reputation for moving the masses with wall-shaking performances, mixing crisply patterned percussion and ubiquitous bass.  

In 1997, I. Wright’s love for jungle music had evolved into dj'ing; he began creating his own signature jump-up and ragga sound by mixing and recording jungle and drum and bass vinyl from the Metalheadz, Ram, No-U Turn, Da’ Lick, Joker, Urban Takeover, Switch, Fresh Kuttz, Zion, Kemet and Congo Natty record labels.
  
By the Spring of ’98, I. Wright was already pushing his sound in the SoCal EDM scene with his performances and via mix tapes such as “The Human Experiment,” "Subversive Cursive," and “My Habitat”.  When asked about the origins of his d.j. name, I. Wright shares, “DJ'ing is writing for me, every dj has a unique, creative style- their poetic voice; it's a musical signature behind the turntables.  For me, each mix is a new musical poem or story I write.”  That same year he created “Plastic Addicts,” a production company, and d.j. collective, which was originally conceived by I. Wright in his “Plastic Addicts” radio show on KJUC, one of Santa Barbara’s only independent, non-commercial radio stations. This was the beginning of I. Wright’s career in radio broadcasting.  I. Wright would later follow up with his own internet radio show, “Junglist Unity” from 2003-2008, first on  movementradio.com and then on dnbradio.com. By 2001, I. Wright was inspired to throw “Strictly DnB”: the only all-drum and bass monthly club night in Santa Barbara with his friend and fellow junglist Mad Huban of the Beatnix Labs, Santa Barbara. This drum and bass night was the longest running monthly drum and bass show in Santa Barbara and the 805 area from 2001-2003. 

Over his career, I. Wright has performed with noteworthy international drum and bass producers and d.j.’s in Los Angeles and across Southern California:  R.A.W.(6-Blocc), Origin(Back2Basics),Clutch and No Face (Respect, Junglist Platoon), APX-1(Ghetto Life Rec.), Nightstalker(Bassrush Prod.), Infiltrata (John Dada) TABU (Refuge), among others.

I. Wright is constantly exploring the drum and bass horizon, blending the sub-genres of dnb sounds into his unique, bass-heavy percussive poetry. 

His most recent mix is the soulful, summertime studio mix, "Illiquid Volume 2" (2025).  Other recordings include the live rave set "I. Wright at Strictly DnB" (2017), the romantic dnb poem "My Love"(2016), the uplifting dnb composition, "Uplift"(2015), the fast-paced liquid dnb journey "Love This Way"(2015),  the jump up dance-floor freight-train "Indomitable Sound"(2015), the melodic and smooth liquid sonic-cocktail “Illiquid”(2015), and the all-vinyl audio sculpture “Optimism”(2014).

Invariably setting off crowds, I. Wright mixes the original jungle and freshest millennial drum and bass to those who know and those who don't, stateside, worldwide.  Get set to elevate and dance to the inimitable sounds of I. Wright.

 Superduo Artificial Intelligence are back at the forefront of the Drum & Bass scene in a new era of releases as they continue to carve a truly unique position in the Drum & Bass scene with their consistently progressive sound. In that same year their single "Uprising" was voted by the public as the biggest DnB track of the year (BBC Radio 1).
