Next up is “Debris”, showing off an equally energetic prowess channeling zig zagging synths and a more melodic, yet still heavy strung bassline. “Esplosione Di Colori”, translated as ‘color explosion’ aptly translates into sound what is usually only possible for a paint canvas. A lighthearted, arpegio-ridden track in original, Johannes Volk works his magic, turning it into a versatile piece of raw, dubby Techno.

Premiere: Setaoc Mass - Forgotten Words

Our next premiere is a track titled 'Combat' taken from SDB's 'Restrepo' EP due to be released on Amsterdam based label Märked, who are continually putting out some great releases.

No stranger to the label, SDB, who previously featured on their 10th release and as well playing at their label night in Amsterdam in 2018. Residing in the vibrant Saarbrücken in southwest Germany – the city where he wrapped up a package of 3 works. Each track for a different moment in time somewhere in between sound systems and concrete walls. To spice things up we have Repro and AERT – coming from respectively Copenhagen and Rotterdam – bring remixes to the table. All pushing a sound that works really well in the club without compromise.

A feeling of exploring unknown territory strikes down in Combat. The ominous pad breathes caution and really draws a melancholic character. From the beginning the track is searching for the right moment to punch the listener with it’s full power, the moment after the small break that is.
