ummm yeah

i was originally trying to bring back the old brooks style (with a touch of my own style) but i ran out of time and ended up having to make a more modern future bounce drop. Also idk if this counts as a flex or what but this entire track (except the drops) was made from 100% free plugins ^^

funny story actually i made the majority of this track in only like 3 days when the contest was first announced, but i didnt like the drop. I wanted to work on it but i was overwhelmed with schoolwork and ended up forgetting about it. I found it on my computer when school break started 2 weeks ago and went through 5 different drop versions since then. This is the final version, and i only finished it the evening of the 5th. It's a little rushed (so the mastering is bad) but i'm pretty proud of it, especially the break in the 2nd half.

If this doesnt end up winning, i'll probably release it as a solo track with a different acapella or something

Unfortunately I couldn't get either the Alpha version or the Nightly version of LMMS to work on my laptop so I was stuck with the 1.2.2 version (it's not bad in any case, but I really like the look of the new compressor, oh well, boo hoo for my old laptop).
