This song is about an inchworm, who travels to Lord Remlaunt's castle above the grotto in an effort to plead to his majesty. The unfortunate inchworm had lost his crops to an unforgiving winter, and a great battle three Yules passing took the lives of his family. He is alone to his cottage and his livestock. The great Lord Remlaunt is a merciful ruler, and agrees to help the small and frightened inchworm. Chapter I of Inchworm's Lament
