Based in New York, Amelia Holt is a disc jockey and a collector with sophisticated taste. The way in which she pieces together a narrative through music is fascinating and this has perhaps been best showcased through a selection of mixtapes that's she's released online for the likes of Mitamine Lab and Knowing Something amongst others.

Her taste is far reaching and having spent time behind the counter of a record shop in New York she has amassed a wealth of knowledge. 

Recently Amelia launched a residency on Public Records' online radio and streaming platform Public Access on which she invites dj's to curate audiovisual material. It's a testimony to her own taste and her notion of curation.

There's a lot more to come from her but we'll let her tell you all about that for herself.

Washington, D.C.’s Jacq Jill AKA Lauren Wright's contribution to their local community have ramped up in recent years, with regular gigs alongside international heavy hitters and the launch of the “Hothouse" warehouse series with Shyboi. Those dates have been paired with releases on a who’s who’s of podcasts and an appearance representing D.C on Boiler Room. That energy has lead to headliner appearances at the leading queer underground parties in North America. Jacq Jill’s best known for bringing that same energy to the party.  Their energy on the decks is captivating. Their drive is to build community through the creation safe spaces. It’s impossible not to be pulled in. We’re excited to shine a light on Jacq Jill. Tanya Akinola aka T-N is an emerging DJ who got her start in London, playing a hybrid blend of frenetic electro and melodic techno on local radio stations from Threads to Rinse FM and venues including Corsica Studios and Five Miles. Outside of DJing, Tanya is a freelance music journalist who has been published on Resident Advisor, Dazed, DJ Mag, Boiler Room, gal-dem and more. She also works with Black Bandcamp and Lobster Distribution. She's currently based in Naarm (Melbourne) and hosts After Hours Mutations on Triple R.

A member of Chicago’s Naughty Bad Fun Collective and former resident of Smart Bar’s Planet Chicago night with Sassmouth and Jarvi, Bosman has contributed in many ways to Chicago’s underground scene since relocating from Michigan. If he’s not behind the decks or on the dance floor, he’s probably behind the scenes planning events, providing sound and putting in the work necessary for your favorite parties to exist.
This mix was originally showcased as part of the 3 year anniversary live stream for Research & Development. Pat Bosman was there on night one DJing an amazing eclectic blend that he tried to recreate with this mix. 
In regards to this particular mix, Bosman said, 
"Preparing for this set I was reminiscing back to playing during the inaugural R&D party. I actually include some tracks that I played during that night. It was so much fun to kick off the party series and play with a bit of a different vibe than usual. Everyone who performed that night played such great stuff, and the sense that this would continue on was already present. During the stream, someone commented 'I feel like I'm at Danny's on a Tuesday,' and that's just about a perfect description of what I was going for."
