Insect Kingdom is a French DJ and producer who has been crafting drum and bass and breakbeats since 2003. Starting out in raves and underground parties across Brittany, he eventually returned to his roots in the south of France to join the BeatNick Sound System, organizing raves in the Pyrenees and performing club gigs in Spain. In 2023, he launched his own label, IK Prod, where he continues to push boundaries and evolve his sound, creating unique fusion DJ sets that showcase his signature style.

Hey fam! My album is out today, and I wanted to give a bit of backstory and context...

2020 shattered me as a person. In addition to the pandemic, I lost a relationship that I once held dear, I was broke and in between jobs while trying to afford school, and I found myself hospitalized for my mental health for the first time. It took a long time to put the pieces of myself back together.

This album is about my journey towards rediscovering myself as a person and as a musician during that 4 year rebuilding process. It is raw, emotional, and honest. It is about the pain and grief I went through, but more importantly it is about truly connecting with my inner strength and about forging myself into a being that is stronger, more resilient, and more beautiful.
 
Without further ado, I present to you "Find You." I am proud of myself for creating this music and doing all of the engineering on the album. And I am proud of myself for being vulnerable enough to share it with all of you.
 
I hope it resonates deeply with you. Enjoy!
