Honing in on what has become their trademark sound, with powerful drums, soaring riffs & anthemic melodies, Lost At Sea hooks you in & forces you to sing at every opportunity. This is a more refined outfit, taking all that they have learned & fusing it into a new approach to what they do best.

Addressing the mental toll of pursuing your dreams, giving it your all only to find yourself a shell of your former self & somehow willing yourself forward to continue reaching your full potential. Ignoring your own body screaming at you to stop is a path to self destruction. And even though it seems like the only way forward. Rest and time away heals and makes you stronger. Giving you the energy to return with more purpose.

Following the successful run of their last album, Griefers, followed by a well deserved break, As A Rival’s return was short lived as the world grinded to a halt. Emerging now on the other side, Lost At Sea is their first single in nearly four years and the band is ready to return to the stage and show their rivals how it’s done.

Kicking off their return to stage June 3rd at SHOTKICKERS after over 2 years away, As A Rival are extremely excited to return to where they feel most at home. “This is a celebration. Not just of new music, but for what has been before. What we have achieved. And what is to come.” cheers frontman, Pete Cerni. “It’s been a tough road for everyone. No doubt about it.
