Ascendance is a monthly party hosted by a collective of four black and brown New Orleanians for adults of all racial, ethnic, gender, and sexual identities who love black and brown people as much as black and brown culture and wish to celebrate the zodiac through the electronic musical traditions of the African diaspora. Chinua & PAIGEDOTNOA arrange a track selection inspired by the characteristics of the Sun Sign corresponding with the date of the event.
