On this page you can listen and download my instrumental themes. Most songs posted here were part of the repertoire of the power trio Time's Up (1997/2003) and were composed between 1997 and 1999, but the final recordings were completed between 2010 and 2012 (fast, right! Haha).
Gradually I will upload other musical works in which I participated.

Brazilian Metalheads with Groove, Riffs and Beats.
Aggressive yet melodic, brainstormed and emotionally charged music. Urban, fresh, sometimes rough, sometimes aggressive and sometimes unpredictable, kind of old school meets new school. Threat presents a blend of different elements such as versatile vocals, catchy riffs and powerful heavy grooves. 

With its first full length, "Heaven to Overthrow" released in Dec.' 2007 produced by Heros Trench, the most renowned metal producer in Brazil, Latin Grammy Awards Winner and its concert voted as one of the best brazilian acts, Threat headed straight to Wacken Open Air in 2008, playing alongside Soilwork, Exodus, Hatebreed etc. Then back to Brazil to play Maquinaria Festival in 2009. The band has gathered and amazing stage experience and opened numerous concerts or played with renowned artists such as Anthrax, Suicidal Tendencies, Fear Factory, Joey Belladonna, Biohazard, Fear Factory, Misfits, Sepultura, Korzus, RxDxP, Machine Head to name a few. 

The band released its second album Overcome and video clips for the songs Revolution and Call to Arms in 2013 and Unstoppable, its new work is out NOW, downloads are free.

Os paulistanos do Threat soam urbanos e modernos, com uma pegada agressiva e não previsível. Tratando da condição humana e as questões psicológicas, como dificuldades, superações e acontecimentos marcantes da vida, Guizão Menossi (vocal), Wecko (guitarra e vocal), André Curci (guitarra), Fabio Romero (baixo e vocal) e Guilherme Gaspar (bateria) executam um som pesado e agressivo, sem deixar de lado a melodia. 

Baseado em referências de nomes como Machine Head, Pantera, Corrosion of Conformity, Anthrax, Suicidal Tendencies, Sevendust e Disturbed, o grupo vem se sobressaindo por sua personalidade musical, explorando esta mescla de diferentes elementos e estilos, sempre com vocais versáteis, riffs marcantes e um groove pesado. 

Tendo sido considerada uma das melhores bandas do gênero por revistas especializadas, o Threat sempre mostrou seu valor nos palcos e tem em seu currículo shows ao lado de bandas como Anthrax, Fear Factory, Machine Head, Sepultura, Suicidal Tendencies, Onslaught, Joey Belladonna, Misfits, entre outros. Durante a promoção do álbum de estreia, "Heaven to Overthrow", lançado no final de 2007, a banda participou da edição de 2008 do maior festival de Metal do mundo, o "Wacken Open Air" (ALE), em um cast que contou com nomes como Soilwork, Exodus, Killswitch Engage e Iron Maiden.

Em 2010, o grupo entrou em uma nova fase, com a entrada de Guizão Menossi assumindo os vocais principais, até então divididos entre o guitarrista Wecko e o baixista Fabio Romero, dando assim início às composições do segundo álbum, "Overcome", lançado em 2012.

O final de 2012 foi marcado pela entrada do baterista Guilherme Gaspar, que fez sua estreia no novo EP, "Unstoppable". O novo lançamento conta com quatro músicas e foi gravado no estúdio Mr. Som (SP), contando com produção a cargo de Heros Trench e Marcello Pompeu (Korzus), vencedores do Grammy Awards Latino e com arte de Bruno Sampaio. O EP já está disponível em formato digital.

Aiming to create a unique material that could cause different perceptions in the audience, the musicians of PERC3PTION used intuition to develop their compositions from their personal tastes and influences. Strolling through the prog and power metal with the same intensity, the intention was to incorporate melody and weight, without forgetting the feeling and technique. 

Thus arose Reason And Faith, the band's debut album released in 2013 for MS Metal Records, distributed by Voice Music. The material, which addresses obscure and controversial issues, notably the conflict between reason and faith, was recorded at Norcal Studios (São Paulo - Brazil). Production was handled by Edu Falaschi (Almah, Ex-Angra) and co-production Brendan Duffey and Adriano Daga. 

Currently Rick Leite (guitar and vocals), Glauco Barros (guitar and vocals), Wellington Consoli (bass) and Peferson Mendes (drums) have been promoting Reason And Faith and ending recording the new album entitled Once And For All that will have the premiere of Dan Figueiredo on vocals. The production of the second album is in charge of Glauco Barros (guitar), has a co-production of Edu Falaschi (Almah, Ex-Angra), mixing and mastering by Glauco Barros, and is expected to release in the first half of 2016. 

Biography: 
PERC3PTION was created in mid 2007 by former members of bands: Travil, Vulture and Scarekrow. The first composition, "The Third Eye", brought up the topic of virtual reality and the realm of machines over men. With some lineup changes, the band continued composing, performing shows, sharing the stage with international artists like Evergrey and Amorphis - and released the EP "Insights" in 2009 and the single "Dead Man In Me" the following year.
