As For The Rest Of Us is a folk/alternative rock duo from Carbondale, IL.  We consist of Shaad Schubert on strings, vocals, and miscellaneous instruments and Justin Harris on percussion, vocals, also miscellaneous instruments.  The two of us have been playing together in some shape or form for 10+ years and decided to start a band that we could enjoy and work at for years to come...this is it.  We began this idea towards the end of 2012 with only a few song thoughts and just wanting to have fun.  A year later, we announced that starting the first day of 2014 we will be releasing one song a week (every Wednesday) for the entire year, totaling 52 songs.  We hope you enjoy!
