In September last year label head Ash Roy dropped an Ep called "Triptower" in collaboration with hometown buddy 8-Bit Culprit. The Ep did exceptionally well and so we decided to re-ignite the fire. "Triptower" is back and this time with a twist. 3 powerful tracks remixed by 5 phenomenal producers.
The title track Triptower has been remixed twice. The first by Russia's Maksim Dark who has brought his unique raw minimal attitude to the track and the second by Sudo from Japan who reworked it into a driving Techno delight. The second track "Basidia" has been remixed by Dj Lion and Just Julien. A collab remix that popped up while they were chilling in Koh Phangan and out came a twisted trip of a version. Lastly the 3rd track "Synapses" which was one of the most popular tracks in the Ep has been remixed by Hamburg based genius Carbon bringing his signature groovy vibe with a mammoth finish.

Here is a fact: Peacocks live in dense, forested areas where they roost in trees and gather together in flocks called “parties.” They seduce with their dance and their distinctive calling voices. In allusion to the mysterious bird, Klassified is corresponding to the peacock’s livelihood. Just when you think that Jannowitz Records is definitely ready for a specific genre drawer to be put it, we will surprise you. The label's idea has always been to bend boundaries between house, techno and everything in between. So it's only natural to see melodic house heroes Mia Mendi & Rafael Cerato on this newest “1710 EP”. The British Mia Mendi boys recently contributed an outstanding podcast for the well known Jannopod series just a few months ago. You know them from their releases on imprints such as Stil vor Talent, Suah or Lauter Unfug. With “1710” their first real JAW release is a tribute to the state of the art melodic music that has been ruling the Beatport charts throughout 2018 and is the perfect fit for Jannowitz records who has been setting standards in Germany's club culture more and more over the last few months and years. 
The second track on the release is a collaboration with French tech house king Rafael Cerato who is a producer through and through. His works have been featured on Suara, Diynamic and Get Physical - just to name the top of the iceberg. The British-French combo teamed up and worked with what they know best. Mia Mendi's dreamy melodies swirling over Rafael's bumpy tech house beat to create a track that will work at peak time as well as at the after hour. 
For the first remix, Bulgarian DJ and producer Shosho took “1710” and turned it into an even more progressive version of the track. Shosho had his breakthrough as a regular on Metodi Hristov's Set-About label right before getting invited to release on big names sch as Terminal M or Toolroom. He's the perfect addition to the Jannowitz family as some one who's capable of mastering everything from deep tech to proper techno. 
And last but not least we have Time Has Changed's Timid Boy back on the label. Together with his buddy Acumen he remixed Betoko's and Mattia Pompeo's “Gonio” some time ago. His percussive self-named ‘El Robot Galactico' remix resembles perfectly why Jannowitz Records loves to bring artists together who then collaborate and create something special.

Two of the most earnest techno acts in the scene, ARTBAT links up with Matador and his RUKUS imprint for their debut collaboration 'Apollo 11' - a direct and out of this world two-tracker named after the first successful moon landing.

The Kiev-based duo and the Irish DJ-producer have handed the title-track over to Mixmag ahead of the record's release on March 15. With its driving rhythmic elements, vigorous pads and lively arpeggiator breakdown, 'Apollo 11' is a tune that has gotten nothing but an ebullient reaction from dancefloors all around the globe.

A year after ‘Modelo’ comes ‘Miracle Of The Rose’, an evocative and authentic development of Horvat’s sound. On ‘Noise’, the vocals of Lelah give way to a stripped-down, reverberant groove. Ash Roy’s career spanning two decades has made him one of the most progressive and revered artists. His style moves through minimal and techno with a pinch of psychedelia, tied up elegantly with percussions. Engaged in both Germany's and India's underground techno circuits, Ash has delivered distinctive hybrid sets across Europe, Australia, the USA, and Asia. His deep-seated passion for minimal techno shines through his releases on various labels. His releases appear on labels such as Dark Face Recordings, Trapez Ltd., Alpaka Muzik, Techgnosis, Gain Records, Frequenza, Phobos, Ballroom Records, Jannowitz, Hydrozoa, Bully Beatz, and his very own Soupherb Records, to name a few.

Ash made a significant impact with his debut at the Netherlands’ Awakenings in 2017, earning a return invitation the following year. In 2019, he debuted at Esoteric Festival Australia, leading to an extensive six-gig tour across the country. His performance at Fusion Festival's iconic Turmbühne stage in 2021 marked another milestone, along with his debut at Germany's Wurzel Festival.

The summers of 2022 and 2023 saw Ash gracing stages at prestigious festivals such as Fusion Festival, Esoteric Festival Australia, Hai in den Mai Festival (Germany), Bucht der Träumer Festival, Gaggalacka Festival (Germany), Master of Puppets (Czech Republic), Château Perché (France), Praerie Festival (Germany), Wurzel Festival (Germany), and Zouav’Fest (France).

In 2024, he was once again invited to Fusion Festival to perform at the Palast der Republik stage and made his debut at Antaris, Evolution Festival and Rave the Planet.

In 2013, Ash launched Soupherb Records, which has since become India's leading minimal techno label, boasting over 220 releases from artists worldwide. This showcases his dedication to promoting forward-thinking and experimental music.
