I want 2 take u back 2 the year 1996. I was a serving soldier on a huge exercise in Poland. During this exercise we were given a day off to sort ourselves, our kit n our armoured vehicles. The sun was shining and i decided 2 chill on top ov my warrior n clean my weapon. The tank crew in front were doing the same but they pulled out a little hifi n slammed on some tunes. I instantly vibed with these tunes. It was only Hardhouse and im sure it was an Anne Savage cd! I was instantly hooked and from then on Hardhouse has been my music love. Here i am at 45. After eating so many sets at so many events my mid life crisis came. Some get bikes, cars. I got me a set ov decks n a set ov monitors in July 23. 
I self taught myself how 2 beat match but really i had no clue. Then Dj Donut my dear friend gave me a set at his event Spooky. I was using Spideys set up and didn’t have a scooby doo. Spidey being a pure legend gave me a master class, crash bang course and by the end of the set things had clicked into place and a beast was born. Since then ive slammed the decks. Ive released mixes on my soundcloud n joined the twitch craze. But thru all of this Synergy has been my driving passion. The fork father once said way back wen with a set like that you could open Synergy.  Well that just gave me the drive to perfect my style. Then boom. Synergy christmas party i was given an opening slot and got to play for my beautiful hardhouse fam and sum very dear personal friends. I loved it and then boom a little while later i got a bigger slot during prime time at the Synergy secret party. I love Synergy. I love what it stands for and what its become. To become a resident for Synergy was my number one goal. Apart from that i luv playing on the decks blending hardhouse together around the 155-7 bpm range and blows my mind that there are people out there who also like what i do. Big love n good vibes.

Oh yeah, ive now Become a Resident DJ 4 the beautiful Synergy. Even scored a residency wiv Stiffy, Im closing Room 2 at the Meltdarn reloaded event wiv Lots more big things in the pipeline. Good things really do happen 😍😍 Ive even taught my soulmate Petra how 2 mix n it blows my mind how good shes become. Please check her out n search 4 Neonqueen on soundcloud. Started my discovery of rock music nearing the end of school.  After 4 years of college, I hit Leeds Uni at 20, a bit of grunge chick ... back then Leeds had a huge alternative scene ... my boots got bigger and the hair got more colourful 😂 
I was then introduced to the Leeds underground scene of psy-trance and acid/hard techno. 
Spent the next 20 years slowly moving away from rock and more towards dance music but stopped going out regularly and would have years on and off the scene.

Fast forward to the year before Covid when I met my Trev, who slowly started to drip feed me hardhouse and chip away at me ... he finally got me to fall in love with him and hardhouse 💗
I agreed to do a Tidy Weekender 😬 and bought my 1st pair of fluffies lol (Tidyland 2022 / his 1st too) we managed a couple of Tidy events b4 to warm me up ... Wow, what a scene!! 🤩  Such cool, friendly, colourful people 😍 
We met so many people we call friends now and have had some wonderful, happy, fun times ... and continue to do so 😁
I was hooked and after Tidyland 2023, Trev bought a second-hand set of DDJ-400 ... he spent 18 months learning and developing his craft and bagged himself a couple of gigs and a residency with @Synergy.

Then one day, late 2024, I came home from work and finally asked him to show me how it all works.
2 months later, he's asking for a logo and a promo mix coz he's putting me on a live stream to b2b with, for his Christmas eve show 😱🤣
It wasn't bad but not great, as I was very new ... slightly anxious knowing Tidy Spidey and Poggy were watching me, especially when he decides to drop Nostromo for me to mix out of!! 😬🤪

Tidy Spidey lives 5 mins drive from ours and naturally we have become friends, has been to ours many times and has seen me on the decks growing ... but he saw something in me very early on and put out the suggestion of me doing a b2b with Trev at his debut event ... that was massive but I really didn't think I would be ready by then, so the idea was parked but never binned.

I carried on learning, practicing, recording and listening back, figuring what sounded better ... I put mixes out on SoundCloud for me to listen to easily, not sure or bothered if anyone else would like them, as they had mistakes but they are my journey and show my progression.

Everything was starting to improve and I was finding my style, when I put out what I call my breakthrough mix 'Mushy Peas' ... ever since then things seemed to have snowballed!!
I gained a fan 🥰 and he sent my mix to Pulse promotions and it put me on their radar, big time! 🤭

Stiffy launch was approaching and Trev was convinced I was ready so we put a set together!  We kept it quiet and a surprise, mainly so I didn't freak out lol ... but I think Spidey loved the drama of the surprise 😄
We did it, we smashed it and I earned myself a residency spot with Stiffy, alongside Trev/Triphazzard 🤩🤩

I have been absolutely blown away with the response and support I have had since my debut ... definitely exciting times ... my next is for PULSE “Back2School” Live Stream (14/09/25) ... more bigger and better things in the pipeline for both myself and us, B2B aka NeonTrip.
