As head of Mall Music Inc., they’ve pioneered a lush, hi-definition approach to Footwork, blending disco, soul, and cutting-edge synth work.

This show marks DJ Paypal’s long-awaited return to Korea—their first appearance since 2019—offering a rare chance to experience his evolved sonic vision live in Seoul. As Korea’s only Chicago Footwork, Juke, and Footwork Rap collective, Seoul Footwork presents a night shaped around DJ Paypal’s hybrid sonic palette—with curated sets and live rap performances.

A little something different to close out 2025

One summer night I returned from my bike ride and had this weird idea to try and make my first ever breakbeat track. So I sat down to make it and I almost finished it in just two hours. I needed a couple more hours to get some details right, but overall this is the fastest completed track that I made in so many years, felt very refreshing to not be stuck making one track for eternity haha.

"Fact Check" lends some influences from 00's breakbeat and PlayStation 1 era music. The message behind this track is that in the current times of fake information and AI, you shouldn't take anything at face value and always do you research first.
