Hello, thanks for coming to say hi. We’re Cut Ribbons. We’re quite Welsh and we have a lot of time for anyone who’d like to come to a show and drink a beer with us.
We’re from the musical hotspot of Llanelli, and released our Bound in Love EP last year. We’ve played festivals like Reading and Leeds, Boardmasters, and SWN and supported the likes of The Joy Formidable and Dry The River.
We spend a lot of time on our death bus listening to Deftones and quoting Arrested Development.
Our new single In The Rain is out May 19th and we'll be playing around the UK supporting Thumpers. Come hang out with us soon. We promise you’ll have a great time.

Wycked Sun is the artist name for Glasgow based singer-songwriter Davy Linton.  His Theory of Evilution album is a project he undertook with his good friend and musical genius Steven Gaffne. Both men discovered a shared passion for music in high school and in one way or another have been making music together for 30 years. 
Davy is the writer and vocalist for all tracks and has provided the Guitar, Bass, Drums and on the odd occasion a wee bit of Keys for the songs. Steven Gaffney provides the lovely intricate keyboard and piano work as well as the wailing Guitar leads and FX.
The music is inspired by a whole bunch of greats including The Doors, the Stones, BRMC, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Radiohead, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Pink Floyd and all the songs are written from the heart with some real meaning and purpose.
