We start with a short warm up; then a shake to soften, surrender & empty out; after which we turn East to honour the element of Air (Potential & Possibility); then South to embody the element of Fire (Passionately on Purpose); continuing to the West to bathe in the element of Water (the Ocean in the Drop); moving up to the North to ground in the element of Earth (Gratitude for Support); and integrating all in the Centre of the HeartSpace as Ether (which cannot be sensed, only directly known through embodiment).
