In a fusion of science and sound, Kalocain's debut vinyl release, "Genetic Memory," unfolds an eerie tale. "W.N.G." opens a portal to an ancient world, where forgotten tongues unveil cryptic secrets. "Genetic Memory" weaves ethereal connections between ancestral recollections and the present, warping the fabric of time. "Ivermectin" delves into the surreal realms of molecular melodies, as if sonic DNA deciphers sound's enigmas. Remixes from Normal 4, Patricia Kokett, and Jacques Satre reshape the auditory cosmos with a dash of the bizarre.

To amplify the weirdness, Evaldas Bubinas aka Hermandrowing, concocts mind-bending artwork, beckoning listeners into a realm where sound and art meld in uncanny harmony.

But that's not all! The digital copy unveils an additional original track, "Groove Drift," along with a wild array of remixes by Henry Greenleaf, Frankfurt Bass, and Dogpatrol.

All eyes are firmly fixed on the horizon, FLVXXX have turned the keys and gripped the wheel – Ripping through the psychotropic and suitably energetic roads of the Knowledge zone with down-tempo don A-Tweed riding shotgun.


A-Side ‘Murdah’ twists half-time drum-and-bass into a weaponised wall shaking mutation. A big time sound for the fast/ slow freaks.


The flip-side ‘Chant’, which steadily rolls on a 98 BPM tip is a tripped out Dembow beat with expansive FX, rocked proper by heavy low-end and XL ballistics. A complement in energy to the A-side’s pace

Tokyo's Albino Sound continues the frequency invasion via his experimental street-style psychedelic techno, of course with key elements from the UK bass sound and scene (the foundation of this subterranean compilation).

Then, label top boy Iggy presents his new project "5DJ EssΞncƎ". A 2-step, warp-drive bass-powered journey to outer space, somehow dark and ethereal at the same time with an ambient Lee Gamble-style outro as well as a powerful message via TikTok!

On closing duty, Hungarian sound artist Audio Compression provides ambient bliss therapy for listeners' minds, slowly sinking into ethereal depths, taking us to new levels of this magic ascension.

French disrupter Jan Loup debuts on Nerve Collect with a new EP that channels her emotional response to events of the last year into a bold collision of dubstep, breakbeats and drum and bass. Maquis Son Sistèm as well as label co-founder Gamma Intel remix two tracks on the EP which arrives digitally on May 18th.

This EP, "In My Fury", is the sound of her channelling personal challenges into empowering music that serves as a soundtrack to a therapeutic warrior dance. 'Shanti' opens up with lurching broken beats and malfunctioning percussion against a backdrop of witchy wordless mantras. It's a dense and eerie dystopian world that leads into the more ethereal 'Oda Damo Asodi' backlit by celestial white light as ghoulish sounds and fractured drums come at you from all directions. 'Mojo Nosoa' is jittery dubstep with menacing low ends and jumbled metal sounds conveying the breakdown of a factory and 'In My Fury' is built on a heavy half-time rhythm that fizzes with caustic sounds.

First to remix is Maquis Son Sistèm aka Stefan Dubs, a sound system music innovator who tangles disparate sounds into trance-inducing rhythms. His take on 'Shanti' is a deeply hypotonic world of loopy sound detailed with sonic bacteria, alien life forms...  more
